Rare Bird Preserves has taken lemon curd to perfection with an ingredient list that’s almost too good to be true: sugar, egg yolks, Meyer lemon juice, butter, zest, and salt. We love this simple curd with buttery croissants, as an addition to lemon bars, or even with grilled cod fillets.
